The Louisville Independent Business Alliance (LIBA) has partnered with the Louisville Forward team to host the 2017 LIBA West Bus Tour on Wednesday, October 11. Building on the tremendous success of last year’s tour across West Louisville, this year’s event will highlight the major developments, opportunities, and synergies in the historic Russell Neighborhood.

Jeana Dunlap, Director of Louisville Forward’s Office of Redevelopment Strategies, and Scott Love, Louisville Forward’s West Louisville Small Business Development Manager, will co-lead the tour. This will be an invaluable opportunity to learn about transformative developments underway and discuss resources and strategies to support local business growth in a beautiful and budding part of our city.

The event will kick off with a light breakfast and networking at the Louisville Urban League (1535 W. Broadway) from 8-8:30 am, followed by a jam-packed, 90-minute bus tour.

Tour locations include:

18th and Broadway Development projects (Passport and the YMCA)

Choice Neighborhood Development at Beecher Terrace

Lyles Mall

18th and Muhammad Ali incubator projects

Heritage West

Molo Village Development
