For some people, Friday the 13th means bad luck. For those attending Startup Weekend Louisville, which returns on Friday the 13th, they will need luck on their side.

The event is simple: Bring your idea and pitch it to the group. The best ideas get to pick their team members, and then teams work over the weekend to validate and develop their idea ending with a Shark Tank-style pitch competition on Sunday.

Coaches and food are provided throughout the weekend. Talent and ideas are not.
